Outlook reply all or reply to all is one of the most abused feature of Microsoft Outlook. Some people have the habit of hitting “Reply to All” button in the Outlook that will in fact create multiple recipients, adding everyone originally addressed in the “To:” or “Cc:” fields.
Most of the time clicking Reply to All is not appropriate and will create lots of inconvenience. This is useful if what you have to say pertains to all or at least most of the people in the original list. The same is true with “Forward” mail feature also.
When you draft a mail you should be knowing whether a “Reply To All” or “Forward” action from the recipient is required or not. If you can disable these features from the mail client then it is really useful.
NoReplyAll Outlook Add-In does exactly that. When you send a mail to a group and you don’t want the recipients hit “Reply To All” or “Forward” you can use this add-in. This outlook add-on add a two buttons to the Outlook ribbon to prevent people from doing a reply-all to your message, or forwarding it.
