Check A Blog is DoFollow or NoFollow : Get Backlinks with DoFollow Sites

First let us check what actually the “Dofollow” is. There is an attribute of anchor tag (<A></A>) denoted by “rel.This attribute can be used to indicate search engines that whether they need to follow the particular link or not.The values for this attribute is rel=”external nofollow”.

Dofollow means  NOT using the “nofollow” tag.So if a blog doesn’t use “nofollow” value for rel attribute of anchor tag in comments means that those sites or blogs allows “DoFollow“.
Also most of the search engines does not follow the links marked rel=”nofollow”.”nofollow” improved quality of search engine results by preventing spamdexing.
Backlinking dofollow blogs and sites will increase your search engine popularity because the spider programs follow the links from other sites to your site.This is one of the method to increase your page popularity.

How to find out whether the blog or site is using nofolow attribute ?

There are many mechanisms to check that. There is a quite simple mechanism to check whether the blog or site using nofollow attribute for rel tag.
Open the webpage or post with comments and view the ‘Page Source’ and check the comment section anchor tags. You will see something like below

Check the “rel=”external nofollow” “ part. This indicates that nofollow is enabled for this blog and dofollow is disabled.
