Like the instant read access to the kindle ebook , you can read them Kindle offline too using Kindle Cloud Reader.
When you access the Kindle Cloud Reader for the first time you can configure offline availability of the eBooks by clicking the “Enable Offline” and then click “Continue” at the bottom of your browser window (extension confirmation) to enable offline reading.

To read offline right-click on any book cover in your Kindle Library and then select “Download & Pin Book” to save a book for reading offline. By default the most recently read books will be kept in the Downloaded section of your Library.

Go to Kindle Cloud Reader and set-up the web app. You may want to enable offline reading also. You can use your existing Amazon credentials to access the Kindle Cloud Reader. Kindle Cloud Reader is compatible with Safari Browser on iPad, Mac and PC as well as Google’s Chrome browser n Mac, PC, Linux, and Chromebook . iPhone is not supported currently, but readers can opt for free Kindle reader native app for iPhone. As Amazone mentioned Kindle Cloud Reader support for Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Blackberry Playbook will be available soon.
