Windows provides an option to change the icon image of any folder, but is not very user friendly. The useful freeware for windows, Folder iChanger helps you to change folder icons and the change will be permanent change. The Folder iChanger can change the icons to unlimited count of folders at same time. Folder iChanger provides a Graphical user interface using which you can manage the folder icon change much easier.
Folder iChanger supports 64-Bit systems, where the program can extract icons from files that have been built on 64-Bit systems. The program also adds a right-click context menu option to change the icon with the tool. On right click of executables provides a context menu option to export that particular icon to Folder iChanger.
Folder iChanger provides an option to import icons from (ico) files and Extract icons from executable files (exe, dll, ocx, cpl, scr) and also you can save the extracted icons in different formats and extensions like ico, png, bmp, jpg etc.
The GUI provides a drag ‘n’ drop interface. You can add your folders into Folder’s List or let the program to search inside subfolders and add them.
